We use Natural Language Processing (NLP) and image recognition to tag product attributes to provide optimal searchability for both brands and their markets. Our Dynamic Taxonomy identifies relationships between trends and offers product trade-offs, complements, and variations. We started by applying NLP and classification algorithms to over 200 million social posts and 10 million e-commerce products to train our models. Trendalytics’ Dynamic Taxonomy now connects semantically similar attributes using industry-specific word embeddings on word2vec and image processing. To ensure our data is up to date, our proprietary Trend Discovery Pipeline dynamically updates our taxonomy with upcoming trends by continuously monitoring the industry across multiple data sources.
